The important thing is that one of the superfans out there at Wrigley dumped a beer on the head of the Cryin Hawaiian, Shane Victorino, while he was fielding a fly out last night. Couldn't have picked a better target.

He more or less missed and didn't throw the cup, but see if you don't see a second shower come out of the stands from the right of Victorino --- your right, his left -- after the first guy pounds his from your left and Shane's right. Anybody who throws a homerun ball back at CitiField should acknowledge their Cubs wannabeness, move to Chicago and join that crowd. Met fans had mostly been waiting 44 years to catch homerun balls.

After attending a couple games at Wrigley over the past two seasons, I'm surprised there were any fans in the bleachers who were paying close enough attention to the game to make a toss like that. The activities out there seemed to have little connection to the activities on the field. Just a bunch of drunks who start in the bars across the street, show up at the game for a little while to frink some more than stumble back across the street after/during the game.
