It's like had the bases loaded the entire first half of the game,Pedro's not pissing me off (except when he fails to cover first) nearly as much as the hitters not plating the runs. You give a pitcher nothing to work with, givng up two and giving up six is all the same. In fact, I think they're more vulnerable to big innings because they try to be too perfect with men on base, and dig themselves in deeper.

Obviously that changed later on as they started to get some real hits but the number of bad-swing/good result ABs that team gets has got to lead the planet. I know that's probably irrational but that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
