george clooney and renee zellweger and john krazynski play some old school football in this sporting comedy.

overall i liked the movie. clooney and zellweger had terrific chemistry, and jim from the office pulled off the football bit fairly well. the sports scenes looked authentic enough when they needed to, and silly enough when called for, that you could imagine that this is what football used to look like when footballers might've looked like you and me.

i also like the period attire and the overall look, and wonder if people ever really did talk like that, because it would be cool if we still did.

in total, i think i'm giving it a 1st and goal.

Sorry , I just refused to watch any movie with Renee Zellweger in it , I hate all those pouty faces she makes...very annoying.
