That's only the first part of that melt down. He eventually crawls on his stomach from behind the mound and then lobs the rosin bag to home plate like a grenade. I think he also tore up another base and threw it before leaving the stadium through the outfiled fence.

Thanks Irish. Watching the initial video that valadius posted, I kept waiting for him to lob the rosin bag and then take another base. I got my managerial meltdowns confused and merged them together.
