Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 DUH!That games at 8,lololol.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 When you feel you have a large enough sample, lemme know how Lawrence's stuff looks. That K of Zimmerman reads like "good stuff",lol.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 He's topping out at 83 mph. Nats announcers - "you can put away the radar gun."
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 He got Zimmerman on a cutter on the outside corner, which looked pretty good.Lawrence looked on in the first but it helps that Washington is just not a good team.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Nats announcers - "Some Gary Sheffield in Milledge's swing"Dookie with smart (but crazy-looking) run-down.

Hey, who needs speed...Eagles will be playing tonight, and the neighborhood is already starting to vibrate.Maybe that vibration was that double to left by Lo Duca. He's playing again. Im not complaining, I like him in there. But I am surprised.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Already two mistakes on the bases -- we've just been lucky so far.1) Reyes was picked off in the 1st (by a lot!) if the throw didn't go wide2) LoDuca getting caught off 2nd base in the 2nd, a play which turned out not to matter because the Nats screwed up the run-down.Early HRs tend to cover up sloppy shit.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Lawrence relying too much on the first-pitch fastball.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Lawrence of Anacostia* scoreless through 2* this joke would work better next year as the new stadium is closer to the Anacostia river
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 MILLEDGE MAKES AN AWESOME CATCH!!!!!!

Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Stan Kasten basically pleading with people to come to games. LOL.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 UGH. Awful K by Beltran there.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Nats announcers having a discussion about whether the moon is waxing or waning.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 GREEN CRUSHES IT!!!!!!!

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 4-0 Mets in charge.Phils game getting underway in a few minutes.Kyle Kendrick, who was hit real bad with a line drive will be starting.I saw him get hit and figured he was out for at least a few weeks. How bout that?
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 I swear, the Nats announcers have ADD.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 That was a nasty K for Lawrence!
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Oh Lord. Now they're talking about Bonanza spin-offs.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Wait, is Lenny Harris the Nats' hitting coach?
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 It looks like he is! Whaddaya know.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 PHEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. Barely went foul.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 I'd pull Lawrence here.
