smg58 Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2008 Posted May 27, 2008 A little too silly at points (going through a succession of waterfallls completely unscathed, for example), but still a lot of fun.

Saw this today...found it pretty horrible.I hate CGI unless it's part of some fantasy thing that they just can't recreate (and even then it's wrong and annoying, but I guess I understand the ease of it). But scorpions? Fire ants? Trees? This movie was half animation. I should have just gone to see Kung-Fu Panda. The script was bad, Ford is old and even Spielberg seemed to mail it in.Expected, but still disappointing.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted June 29, 2008 Author Posted June 29, 2008 I thought it was good. Certainly much better than Temple of Doom.
