It's on the same elbow (right), with the same prognosis (out for the year).Padilla, who threw one inning in a Spring Training game on March 11, and he experienced pain the following day, will undergo surgery on Friday to repair a tear in the flexor tendon.* Duaner Sanchez underwent surgery to repair a bone in his shoulder on Tuesday.
