Vic Sage Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Other than Adam Warlock, the marvel movies i'd most like to see include:- DEATHLOK, but then they made ROBOCOP (and made it pretty good), making a DEATHLOK movie superfluous;- i still hope for a LUKE CAGE / IRON FIST team-up movie. Now that those characters' younger selves are in the new spiderman cartoon, perhaps they'll be reconsidered;- i also want a BLACK WIDOW / DAREDEVIL XO movie, with someone other than Ben Affleck;- an epic KILLRAVEN, WARRIOR OF THE WORLDS -- why not spend a fortune on a relatively obscure backwater of the Marvel universe?- a more grownup adaptation of the FANTASTIC FOUR, this time vs THE INHUMANS in all their noble glory!- a MR. FIXIT- version of THE HULK, with him as the smaller, nastier, greyer Vegas tough guy;- DR. STRANGE vs NIGHTMARE... nuff said; and- the death of CAPTAIN MARVEL. sniff, sniff. tearjerker for the ladies.

stevejrogers Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 BTW, just to add to my point about officially coming out with the slate. Dollars to donuts would be that all these movies were greenlit, in advance of The Avengers. Black Widow/Hawkeye, and the Ruffalo Hulk that I mentioned were really put on the table after the Avengers reaction a few months ago. Hard to officially put something on the table and suddenly give it a "concrete" deadline after two months of notice. Yes, Ant Man doesn't have a date yet, but that has been floating around as a rumored part of the Marvel Studios family since day one back when Iron Man was coming out.

The tree guy looks interesting, I guess, but they should lose the raccoon. (Is he an actual Marvel character, or is this the influence of Disney? He looks like the little guy who was friends with Pocahontas. Maybe they can get the hummingbird to join the Guardians as well.)I heard that there was an announcement an Comic Con that the Fox is going with a Fantastic Four reboot by the guy who recently did Chronicle. Sounds like good news to me. An earlier rumor had them going with the Heroes guy, which didn't make me very happy.

If there's no Warlock to fight Thanos, then there is absolutely no point to a GUARDIANS/THANOS movie. Boo! I say thee BOO!!
