Two back - there was a runner on.

Chavez catches the high fly ball to end the inning.

6 outs to go and a 6-run lead.

That super slow mo is pretty awsum---you can see the bat bend.
Like the one they showed of Chavez earlier.
Looked like the bat buckled on that.

Okay--we are thru 7 and its 13-7.

The best thing about this game (in addition to the monster comeback of course) is that it's delaying the telecast of their precious ESPYs.
The over/under for in-game mentions that the ESPY telecast (which is on tape btw) was airing after the game was 85. I bet the over and am looking to clean up big time.

Charlton Heston doesn't own enough weapons to make me watch that show.

Ah, right.

I hate to say so, but you need to come up with an acronym that sticks in people's minds more clearly.

We are amusing ourselves at the concept of all of these people sitting and waiting for the ESPY Awards to begin. It serves ESPN right to schedule their self-lovefest immediately after a live sporting event.

It's a safe enough lead that they're letting Thick Legged Heath Bell pitch!

Fact of the day - Heath Bell's cousin Drake stars in "Drake and Josh" on Nickelodeon.

Bell's got some pop to his pitch tonight.

And thats one happy bench there.

Is that Glendon Rusch?

I thought his cheeks only got blotchy when he was pitching for NY.

Catro leads off the ninth with a line drive to the base of the left field wall and ends up with a single. Now those are some serious wheels.

According to Miller and Morgan this is all his fault.

Those aren't Cubs fans - they're ESPN employees.

Sanchez strikes out the side swinging in the ninth.

Mets win 13-7. This game was a polar opposite of yesterday's.

Sanchez Ks the side and the Mets pull the cubbie thorn out of their side.

Pretty decent game, huh?
