Guest KC Guests Posted February 25, 2006 Posted February 25, 2006 JD: >>>anyone heading to sheaville tommorrow am to get tixx?<<<I can't make it, I have to do something in the office for a few hours for someMonday morning sanity. I'm gonna just sit online while working and get a couple of early season games and buy my other adventures to Shea on stubhub and/or ebay this year. Are the Mets the LAST freakin' team to put their single game tickets on sale?I'm serious, does anyone know if there are teams that you can't buy a ticket for this upcoming season?
Willets Point Old-Timey Member Posted February 25, 2006 Posted February 25, 2006 We'd also bring back Banner Day.Then there should be a Caustic Fucktard Night.
Guest KC Guests Posted February 25, 2006 Posted February 25, 2006 Let's not forget Crane Pool Assclown Night, sponsored by Sharp

metirish Old-Timey Member Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 Was Mookie at Shea today, he was expected along with Ron Darling, Sid Fernandez, Howard Johnson, Tim Teufel.
DocTee Old-Timey Member Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I don't see Heritage nights anywhere-- they're off the schedule here in San Francisco too-- replaced by Mr. Potato Heads (cool) and Giants-A's wives Softball game (cooler-- reminiscent of Family Day at Shea)I'm sure the Giants will add them-- they've been a great draw. And Until There's A Cure Day is a poignant ceremony too-- hope they add that back.
nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 the heritage nights make for great jokes, and are also good for seeing which communities have done the most complaining since last year to get themselves added in.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 Interesting that the only heritage night is Hispanic Heritage Night Concert , thanks Omar...
HahnSolo Old-Timey Member Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 Yeah, doesn't Omar know Black 47 is counting on that Irish Night paycheck?
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 LOL...Larry Kirwin will be calling Jay Horowitz in the morning to complain.
nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 Omar's apologists will say thats the only one scheduled so far because they booked the concert well in advance... the rest of us know better.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 And who are Omar's apologists?
