Edgy MD Site Manager Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago That's definitely one of two likely outcomes.
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Did anyone else's broadcast just switch to spanish?

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago The Mets (it may not surprise you to learn) are DFL among all 30 teams in OBA, and yet they're in the upper half in GiDPs and maybe upper quarter pending the outcomes of tonight's action elsewhere. They're currently up to 18 with the second one tonight.

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I'm guessing Benge's role tonight is as late-inning pinch-runner, most likely for Soto or possibly Alvarez.

Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Pretty sure we just saw LWFS in the front row Edgy MD 1
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Mets winning the walk count tonight, which I'm guessing they haven't done in 13 games.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I'm driving and listening to Howie ,he was incredulous with running through the stop sign "You just can't make that mistake "
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I wasn't up for sending Raley out there to face Buxton, but that was some impressive work out of the gate.

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago If you have Austin Martin on your squad, don't you have to scour the waiver wire for a player named James Bond?
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Luke Weaver, this should be special Boo
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago The Mets need to get .091 backup Twins centerfielder James Outman into the game.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago Not funny Weaver. Nice catch Alvarez. So the Twins first reliever tonight, Kendry Rojas, allowed 2 hits and 3 walks in two innings but no runs. How? Well, for starters, he faced 8 batters but only had to retire 3 of them to pull it off. The other three outs came on two GiDPs and Vientos being thrown out at the plate.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Alvarez squeezes that popup and the fans roar like it's game seven of a playoff series.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago Can't run for Soto here. He's still likely to come up again either in the 9th or 10th.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Did not know Taylor Rogers was back with the Twins. Probably not the first actual identical Twin on the Twins, but maybe. And now he has twin tenures as a Twin.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago And now FOUR baserunners erased!! Two them essentially self-erasing.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Soto not quite as dead a duck as Vientos, but goodness, the smell of duck is in the air. Goodness with the base outs tonight.

We should send Vientos to Syracuse but Mendy will probably buy him dinner for being "aggressive."
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago Between Orze, Caratini, and now Topa, I feel like the Twins are less a ball club than a recipe of some sort.
