Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted March 19 Posted March 19 I just got this out for Petco, and we could use a similar piece for Citi. We'll pay for the effort. Not a lot, but something. stevejrogers Old-Timey Member Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I was there last year! Could add a couple of great craft brewery hot spots walking distance from Petco. Also, if one wants to splurge at a tourist trap hotel, then you need to be…ehem…wastin’ away again in Margaritaville…;)
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I'm pretty sure he wants a writer to cover a guide to Citi Field, rather than a re-write of the Petco guide.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Steve probably gets that, though, right? I'll be honest — "I'll be your huckleberry" is one of those American dialectical expressions that never made sense to me, and it makes me feel like a head-scratching foreigner when I come across it.

After pursing the Petco one, I saw an alarming lack of the spots around the neighborhood I hit up both last summer, and over a decade and a half ago (Mets and Comic Con) 🤷🏻♂️ Jimmy Buffett Land, while a blast, wouldn’t necessarily make the cut though ;)

First, it's ever-shifting, and second, it's just non-stop bars and restaurants. I hope to make it out to SD this summer, and add to the list a bit. stevejrogers 1
