How does Yandy Diaz Not challenge one or both of those borderline pitches?!?!? (one at the top of the zone, the other at the bottom)

Rays had both challenges remaining and go into the clubhouse with an 'L' around their neck and both challenges sitting in their collective pocket.

 

The Mets, meanwhile, challenged a pitch at least 4 inches above the zone seemingly just because they could.

I hope they start Vientos in Tuesday's game. 

Part of Mark's problem earlier in the season IMO was that he thought they wanted him to be Pete Alonso. We would have been happy with a good Mark Vientos. And he tried too hard. Maybe the stint in the minors has allowed him to focus. Let's see if they let him keep his hot streak going.
