I can't believe what a distaste I developed for this 2025 team. Usually when the Mets miss the playoffs and I watch some shitty team I think “man. The Mets could have made some noise here”.



I remember thinking that in 1998. Def 2007. But this year. I watched very little of these games but when I watched I found myself thinking both of these teams would have absolutely kicked the shit out of us. We lose game 1 like 1-0. Or 3-1. Then get blown out in game 2.
