btw, Mendoza let Peterson go into the 7th inning seven times; into the 8th four more times, and into the 9th twice including one CG. So 13 times in his (now) 27 starts.

But now in his last seven starts Peterson has seen the 7th only once.

So has Mendoza gotten more restrictive or might it have something to do with Peterson's ERA hovering around 7.00 in that time rather than the sub-3.00 earlier on?

And, Shirley, we're not arguing that we wanted to see longer outings from Manaea, Senga, Montas, etc., are we?

In case you need more motivation, Mets, this team is paying tribute to all-around scummy criminal guy Pete Rose on their sleeves.

I would have any conversation with Shirley Manson

A lot of adventures that inning — the drive down the right field line clearly the most heightened of adventures — but it kind of was maybe one of the strongest outings Rogers has had as a Met.

One thing about Helsley is that he kind of has how sketchy Rogers has been.

And a submariner up in the zone can be a seriously sketchy thing.

Phillies are romping, Giants up by 6 in the 5th, Cubs already won, Padres down by one early.

We NEED this one Edwin.

How come there all of these Emilos and Emilianos from the Spanish-speaking world, and the Francophonic universe gives us plenty of Emiles, but nobody from an English-first country has been named Emil since 1950.
