So there's that.Getting skunked by one of the best pitching staffs in MLB would be a bit easier to swallow if we didn't simultaneously get skunked by one of the worst offensive squads in the game. Allowing 7.33 RS/G to a team averaging less than 4/per coming all season AND they were missing their two best hitters.
