I'm kinda thinking a sinkerballer would be a good day to sit Vogelbach, who is mashing the high pitch but doing nothing (often not even moving his bat) with anything below the waist. Maybe put McNeil at DH and start Guillorme at second.

It's bad enough that the first HR in a back-to-back was solo, but does the second one have to be solo too?!?

Why does that always seem to happen to us?

Well, we're getting some consistent starting pitching through a full turn the rotation for the first time since ... all year?

Considering the atmospheric conditions over maye 1/3 of MLB ballparks now and in recent weeks, do you suppose any of them have thought about nixing the in-stadium fireworks after each home HR (or, in the case of Atlanta, after each strikeout by the home hurler)?
