Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Bassitt will be replaced by Peterson tonight while Bassitt goes to the IL with what is said to be a 'non-injury issue'.Hmmmmmm
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 I think that means he's got the Covid
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 has he been in Quebec City recently or somethign?
MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Who's up next - Szapucki (shudder)?Or will they hold a spot with a bullpen game until Scherzer returns? That Quebec City comment was cold, but funny.OE: Looks like it will be R.J Alvarez (the pitcher, not the catcher) who hasn't pitched in the majors since Obama was President.Later

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 I don't think Szapucki is coming, but I won't shudder if he does.

Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 His one start was pretty Szasucky though
