Could there be a more 2021 NYM loss?

- lose by a run ... during this now 1-7 stretch they've lost by 1 (10 innings), 1 (10), blowout, 2, 1, 3, 1

- 1 hit w/RiSP ... and that an infielder dribbler

- the lone HR (the lone XBH in fact) comes with bases empty

- the two-on and bases loaded situations are what we save the strikeouts for (2nd inning, 3rd inning, twice in the 8th inning)

- only six LOBsters, but many runners were on with <2 outs so successive hitters kept failing to drive the same runs in, ergo

the #5 thru #8 hitters by themselves left 4, 3, 3, & 2 stranded

- eight game total: 9/61 w/RiSP (.148). Stretches like that should be almost impossible to maintain and yet they manage to do so.
