Phils open by getting a two-out hit by Harpie, followed by two stolen bases. Gregorius drove one to the wall but was punk'd by a terrific over-the shoulder grab by Firefighter Conforto.

Three hits by the Mets in the first, all hit hard, all breaking pitches hit by lefties. Only one run, though, as Nimmo was caught thieving.

In addition to all the runners our sticks have stranded, our runners have done a good job at erasing themselves--- caught stealings, pickoffs, bad advances, etc.

And right as I'm typing, Dom cashes one in ... although it could have been better

One run, three hits and seven strikeouts over seven innings for deGromio.

How's that for 10 cc's of ringer's lactate?

Hey, Frayed Knot, Nimmo is a triple short of the cycle!

Just as no announcers tout that fact as impending news ... I'm OK with it.

So this Phil's pitcher Mauricio Llovera joins David Aardsma in the All-Double Opening letter name team.

Not sure how many others there are, but does anyone remember brief NYY hurler Kevin Mmahat?

12 K's.

I am quite the hasty typist.

The Mets have another one in Graeme Lloyd.

Sheesh, the Phils aren't even mailing it in at this point.

I've seen Andrew McCutcheon for a lot of years. I'd never have described him as a lollygagger, but that was embarrassing. Everybody hits today.

Robert Eenhoorn -- Yanx & Angels mid-90s

And while Kirk Saarloos (Astros, Reds, A's 2002-2006) doesn't qualify for this list, he joins Eenhoorn in the rare double double-vowel combo name.

Looks like Wilson Ramos opted out but forgot to tell anybody.

Looks like Wilson Ramos has just opted back in.

Everybody really is hitting.
