Perhaps there's something to CAHNfidence of giving him a lead to preserve. I also think he'll be under some surface pressure from Gonsalves and could be traded.

Leads the league in Ron Darling faces, turning in despair and frustration whenever a batter gets to him for an extra-base hit.Comes up big at least once in the post-season, however.
