Well, Regan and Bones stepped midseason out of organizational jobs, so I hope they aren't tossed overboard for filling in on a regime that was already on ice (and actually being part of the almost-turnaround).



Non-field coaches Jeremy Accardo and Luis Rojas also came out of the organization.
