So I hit the sack with the radio on after 7, Mets up 10-4

I fall asleep quickly only to wake up a short time later to the words "And the Braves get the tying run to the plate"

Not exactly what you want to hear at that time of night but, at the same time, also not totally unexpected.

During that entire game it seemed like we should have been winning by a bigger margin than whatever the score

was at the time. 3 DPs, 14 LOB, and 5 for 17 w/RiSP isn't exactly piling-on material.



The seriously, I just used a racist word when I really meant "Guardians" out-hit the Yanx last night by a similar margin to our game [24/9 vs 23/10] yet they romped their way

to a 19-5 win and, I'm guessing, didn't have to wake their closer from his nap in the process.

One curious note. Rosario had 5 hits last night. 3 of those were just out of the reach of Acuna. He missed each of those by a few inches at best. How crazy is baseball.
