Edgy MD Site Manager Posted August 14, 2018 Author Posted August 14, 2018 I don't know who Mark Simone is, but I get the idea that his claim to be "Mr. New York" is spurious.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted August 14, 2018 Author Posted August 14, 2018 Loogie gets Stanton. If the Yankees get a little rally thing going, though, it could well be Stanton coming to the plate as a tying run.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 32% chance we win this game.
Guest 41Forever Guests Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 Olbermann is a punk. Let's hold on for one more inning!
Guest 41Forever Guests Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 (edited) Conforto gets plunked!Bring him around.OE: Wilmer gets him at least to second! Edited August 14, 2018 by Guest

Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 yeah Keith o can be obnoxious but he is not bad.
HahnSolo Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 That shouldn’t be an out. No way
HahnSolo Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 We need nfl officials here. No way would they call that a catch.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted August 14, 2018 Author Posted August 14, 2018 The hit-it-to-Gregorius strategy was fun, but it ran its course.
HahnSolo Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 The “lost the ball in the transfer” thing I think should be looked at. Not that it’s a bad thing, but how it’s being interpreted. It seems like all that is necessary is for the ball to just go in the glove, no possession needed. That’s what drives you nuts. Andujar did NOT catch that ball
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 OK, let's put a bow on this fucker.
Guest 41Forever Guests Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 Gselly is bound and determined to drill one of these punks.

Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 I really enjoy watching the Mets win games and series by beating up on weaker teams (Reds, Marlins, & Yankees.).

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 Three series wins (sort of) in a row.
dgwphotography Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 It would be really sweet if we could point to this game as the beginning of the MFY death spiral that knocks them out of the post-season
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 That was fun! I realize that's obvious, but how often does one get to say it this season?I could see Olbermann, with the right partner (singular) to bounce off and better direction in general, being a pretty decent listen. They didn't really lose me until the bottom of the ninth when, amid a save situation, it was decided now was the time to explore KO's memorabilia collection. Do that stuff in the fourth inning.
