]Jose Reyes, with 2 great at bats culminating in a single and a walk, If you're thinking of the walk in the ninth, it wasn't that great an at-bat, IMHO. Swung at a ball in the dirt, then let 4 pitches go for balls.

As exciting as it was, it shouldn't mean diddly-squat when giving points if he ends up at 6 IP, 3 ER. ERA's of 4.50 don't impress me. Especially considering the number of walks and hit-batsmen.
I hope you are all not figuring out how awful the Benson-Julio deal was just now??? Even if Maine becomes a good pitcher down the road, we need Benson NOW!!!
I like Anderson's defense. I only rip into him to snub the peeps who just [u:dd1e18518a]knew[/u:dd1e18518a] that Omar and Willie were retarded for not playing him over Kaz. I also like that he has two last names.
Last call. Bret, I don't want to hear any fucking "I told you so's" when the Mets finish in fourth and Steve Trachsel finishes with 15 losses unless you post it here in the predictions.
KAZ MATSUI SUCKS!!!! PUT ANDERSON HERNANDEZ IN THERE!!! THE GRASS IS GREENER!!! I get to say ITYS about Anderson Hernandez and regarding Jorge Julio for Anna Benson. 'Course it's only been 2 ames. Hopefully I'll be eating my words before long 2006 is, so far, better than 2005. I didn't break my TV until game 2 this year.
Logic doesn't apply to this debate. Yankee fans and M&MD want people to bow down to their wishes. It's not what Mariano wants, but what they want. At least M&MD admit as much. Let's all stop talking about it!
Ebert is the only critic that I read (and I read them only after the movie), though I do look at his star rating sometimes before the movie. He gives 3 and a halfto Game 6, which is a very good rating from him.
