  2. Delgado has to field that.Thats at least a force at 2nd. Now its 1st and 3rd, 0 out.
  3. Love the thread title, lol. Beltraan breaks up the no-no (in the 1st)

  5. agreed Doc. Aint bad at all. And Atl lost. But I just had a horrible night fantasy baseball wise here_ Maines one of my starters, Rivera one of my closers. Got bad stuff from both.
  6. Willets Point wrote: The silver lining tonight is that Zvon is back after a long absence. Welcome back Z! Thank you. I wish I could attend the board more these days. This will always be my Met homepark.
  7. What a lethargic 8th.
  8. ="OlerudOwned"]Poor hapless Doug gets called for something you never see called, leaning into a pitch, when he tries to lean away from a breaking ball that started out behind him. And then the umpire yells at him like a misbehaving dog. He did, lol. Hey--i detect something happening.
  9. A-Rod goes yard. I blame Batty for all of this.;(

  11. The boys cant let that excellent song choice go to waste.
  12. So far Posada is having an amazing season. If he keeps it up season long I'll eat my Met hat collection. Damn, that was a shot.
  13. Johnny Dickshot wrote: Perhaps Clippard is one of those guys who gets crushed the 3rd time through the lineup and not the 2nd. I certainly hope so Ollie.><
  14. whoops--made a mess of that. 4-1. We got more runs in us. Have no fear.

  16. UGH. Damon with a bloop and Jeter with a blast.
  17. Johnny Dickshot wrote: It would help if we start battering the zit-faced yokel opposing Maine. LOL. ="Edgy DC"]Zvon, you've got mail. Edgy, youve got a PM.
  18. UGH! Thought Beltran had that liner. Matsui has 2 doubles. Good thing Jeter also thought Carlos was gonna catch that
  19. Watching Johnny Damon in this series,..oh my, how his abilities have deteriorated. And I know he never had a good arm, but that throw to the plate on the tag yesterday, on a shallow fly...oh my. I thought to myself how can a MLB centerfielder not be able to make a decent throw there. Jeter rips a double down the left field line w/one out.
  20. Easleys been a pleasant surprise His pop makes them decide on the int walk-clears the pitcher--and then Clip walks Maine. Luvin it. Hope Reyes looks better this AB.
  21. metsguyinmichigan wrote: The slo-mo of Clippard's rotation was interesting. Looked very strange and tangled up. Looks like he puts alot of stress on his shoulder.
  22. BIG K of Mientky. And Clippard!! Niiiice.
