  1. When they first posted this they had the score box up for the entire clip, rendering it difficult to see the action and IMO totally unshareable ( Kinda kidding. I'm sure I wasn't the only one bitching about it. And here it is, for the record! [tweet:2vwly22u] [/tweet:2vwly22u]
  2. Some controversy regarding his selected walk-up songs. Selected by the Braves organist, not him. [tweet:2lfhy92c] [/tweet:2lfhy92c]
  3. Wilmer Flores now has 9 walk-off RBI, tied with David Wright for the Mets franchise record. I have to wonder if these last few are true. I'm just rippin' 'em from twitter.
  4. Most walk-off hits in majors since 2015: Wilmer Flores 6 Carlos Correa 6
  5. Edgy MD wrote: Meanwhile, how is Wilmer still single? I caught that. Thought the same thing.
  6. His third walkoff this season. Amazin'!
  7. OMG. After the catcher DROPS the easy pop up. Still bunting. Even Gary wanted his to smack one up the middle and win it. Unbelievable.
  8. Edgy MD wrote: Pinch-run Rosario here. Edgy MD wrote: Just want my team to put more pressure on, more pressure on, more pressure on. Run on 3-2. Hit and run on 2-1. Bunt against shifts. Steal. The Pirates have already shown that they'll throw the ball around recklessly if you put the guns to them. I agree on both counts. Rosie agrees with the first. 9. Edgy MD wrote: If Cabrera is running on 3-2, Wilmer's liner gets through and the Mets are off to the races. I have a shit load of "ifs" if your looking for some more.
  10. d'Kong76 wrote: I think hugging an opponent during a game is kinda against the rules. Especially when your teammate Familia might need a little calming down. I calming hug.
  11. Edgy MD wrote: Subtext of that whole play is that Cabrera is falling apart. The problem was Cabby could not jump high enough to make a good DP pivot. A bench clearing discussion ensues.
  12. I hope these twitter linked posts don't ever fade away. It's nice to be able to have a record of the kaBOOM itself. [tweet:5c6j3xrd] [/tweet:5c6j3xrd]

  14. And they couldn't see that was a catch?! I could see it was from South Jersey. Oy! These umps!

I'm going to have to go to school on Instagram, but first I have to graduate from twitter, which I'm getting good at. It moves so damn fast (at least during the game, which has pretty much the only time I'm active there). Instagram might be the best for my image stuff. PS: I'll drive you crazy during games CF, lol. Or crazier. lol.
  17. Edgy MD wrote: Hey, it's the Pirates blowing the fundies! Refreshingly fun to watch. They threw the ball everywhere except into the stands.

  19. GAH! Way to many letters for a tweet. But I condensed and still twatted. Used every damn letter available. I wanted to credit you CF, but alas..... Jeff had every opportunity to say “When Sandy recovers, we expect him to resume his position as the GM of the Mets. He has our full support.”Instead, he stood by as our GM fell on his own sword. Sandy was fired today. Make no mistake of that. Sandy is a good man, this is a shame.

He is our guy and has our full support.” Instead, he stood by and deflected as Sandy fell on his own sword. Sandy Alderson was fired today. Make no mistake of that. Sandy did a terrible job but is a good man. It’s terrible that his cancer has recurred. It’s an absolute fucking travesty that his dickless employer is using this illness to skirt taking responsibility. Fantastically said CF. If you don't tweet that, I will.
