I like this Kang kid on the Pirates. He's just an all around natural in the field, at the plate, and on the bases. Very smooth third baseman.

Oh, I now understand why they have been trying to keep mah man Reynolds on a shelf. They had a plan for him. He's going to be our future third baseman if Wright goes wrong. Playing second tonight, and in a number of ways his early days remind me of Jeff Kent's early days.

Cripes, if Rivera also hits give lil d' all the time he needs. A single and double tonight. I wonder how lil d' will be off the bench. He'll be plenty rested ( I think stamina/exhaustion is an issue with him) in a bench role.

Thor's slider: (I was going to say to lefties, but it's getting righties too) Devastating tonight. It'll find the hole in any lefty batter's swing. Booth says he's amped. Grandy and Cabrera stroke back2back singles to start the home half. Asdrubal batting 2nd. No out.

I'm starting to worry here. I want all the best for Plawecki but he's falling into the useless pile. I'd like to blame the forward scouts or Long for this lack of preparation when facing newer arms, but I don't think it's as simple as that. But it might be. I'd start there. This team needs a kick in the ass.

Haven't been able to use PsP7 since my PC went down.If I could do graphics that would read, Mets lost, I was pissed off! I may have seen enough of Reynolds. Swinging at ball four late in the game was crucially bad. But I certainly have seen enough of DeAza. He is fuckin' useless. Shabby play, shabby pitching by Matz, shabby game. We all get one really embarrassing game a month. This better be the one. Don't wanna see another one of these for awhile. Get well soon TC (still no updated details).
