Edgy, you are backing the idea that because Jeter had 500 extra AB'S the feat is tainted... What is the issue here?..God decided it was Gehrig's time. It's useless to speculate what he could have done. Are we expecting the press to report these events as we would like to hear them as Mets' fans?
