    Good for Raines. And Pudge and Bagwell means that the logjam is breaking on Steroid Suspected but never Proven guys. I think the ballot being public influenced a lot of voters. Vlad will get in next year, as he should.

    Syndergaard appears to have a knack for this stuff. He's not exactly Tom Hanks, but his deadpan delivery seems to work. Loved the guy in the Mets Clubhouse store who says "Nah, just looking" when he asks if he can help.
