    I'd be surprised if he didn't sue. Trevor Bauer IS a douchebag, but MLB's disciplinary process is something far less than transparent. On the other hand, courts are typically inclined to keep their hands off if the process is part of the collective bargaining agreement. Who knows what's in the fine print — of the CBA and of his contract?
