    A 2-5 Tuesday has brought Dom Smith a little over 400 miles eastward onto I-97, tearing ass through Anne Arundel County, Maryland, toward Annapolis. Annapolis is a nice place, Dom.     Mikolas ain't showing me that much. He's got a slider, but instead of breaking off the plate toward the back foot of lefthanded batters, it's breaking outside-in, right into their wheelhouses.
