  2. Savannah Sand Gnats outfielder Jared King drops to his knee to offer a diamond on the diamond to girlfriend Maggie Watson, asking for her hand in presumably holy matrimony after she threw out the first pitch before the Gnats 12-4 drubbing of the Rome Braves. Jared and Maggie in a less momentous time: [fimg=450]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BmmwizkCQAAtASY.jpg:large[/fimg]

  4. We are all part of the Farnsworth Nation!
  5. SWEEET!
  6. Hey, why not pinch run Omar? You're using three guys to replace one here.
  7. Abreu action!
  8. The Mets are in Denver, but their outfielders were all in Boulder for that at-bat.
  9. They're really exposing Ricey to these righties.
  10. I just wanna use your love tonight! I don't wanna lose your love tonight! Where, o, where is the pocket of civilization where folks think this is a good song?
  11. I'm not sure I knew Arredondo's name before this series. He looks like the best thirdbaseman in the league. (Sorry, cougars.)
  12. Me like RUNS!!
  13. Would like to see Murph pull something, but serving it to left a la Ichiro is working for him.
  14. So, Arrenado is something of a baseball machine, isn't he?

  17. More to come. I wish John Sterling was doing tonight's game so he could say "The Grandy Man CAN."I wish for whatever the opposite of that is.
  18. Edgy MD wrote: Offense wakes up tonight. They're not done. They're just not.
  19. That's it, Matsuzaka.
  20. Nizama. Amazin' backwards.
  21. Seis-a-quatro. I jope Jenrry like relieving.
  22. Middle-inning Mejia.
  23. I'm hoping for, like, 17 runs. Unfortunately with two on, none out, and one home, momentum is shifting.
  24. Lunchbucket gave me some praise (I'm trying to figure out how ironically) for taking on FB dopes over the complete loss of perspective over this campaign, but it's not even the marketing department's biggest blunder of the last 12 months. How soon folks forget Cougargate.
