    Ah, Rusty Hardin. If the family wants to go after somebody, it's going to need to be an institution a lot bigger than the Angels. Could you have imagined 20 years ago that Tom Petty, Prince, and Michael Jackson would all fall within a few years after all got hooked on legal opioids in order to keep performing at peak level into their later middle years?

    It could be. It's funny to be waking up the morning after a 10-7 loss and feel like the offense let you down, but getting the leadoff runner or more on every inning but scoring only one run in the last four was some hurting execution. Not ha-ha funny.

    Kilome likely won't go onto the 60. They've avoided that all year, because it counts as service time. Gsellman is a possibility for a 60-day assignment. Guys eligible to be DFA'd include (Rajai) Davis, Panik, Bashlor (who'd likely get claimed on waivers), Lockett, and Hart.
