  1. Love this quote from Endy. ] "It's a great start for us. I think the ambience over here is changing, It's more positive. We just have to work hard and show it on the field."
  2. AG/DC wrote: Why are they covered with curry powder? I was wondering what you meant but looking at Tatis in the Snooze picture I see it now , what is that about?
  3. I don't think I will tune in this year , certainly not for the pre-game orgy to celebrate " the stadium".
  4. THAT'S A LOT OF MEAT .......Subs Rule.......
  5. Best win of the season.

  11. The Mets are a circus now, what will it be like when a Polynesian fire knife dancing player comes abroad?
  12. From his wiki bio. ] * Aguila comes from a widely varied ethnic background. His father is Filipino, and his mother is Samoan, Tongan, and Fijian. As of 2006, Aguila and Tony Solaita are the only known ethnic Samoans who have played in Major League Baseball. * Aguila has been doing Polynesian fire knife dancing since he was in the fifth grade.
  13. Bondy in the Snooze claims that "Willie has decided to platoon Carlos Delgado, finally".
  14. Wayne Noble of Syracuse , in Colorado I think.
  15. WOW. ] Corey Koskie can testify to that. After sustaining a concussion in July 2006 while playing for the Brewers, Koskie attempted to come back despite symptoms including headaches, dizziness and nausea. He experienced far more severe symptoms for six months, and eventually had to retire. Thats pretty much the reason Im here today thinking I could play through it, Koskie said in a telephone interview from his home in Minnesota. Regarding Church, he added: I think hes nuts. He doesnt want to get to the point where hes not going to get better. Tell him to call me. Its not worth it.
  16. One thing that has marked Minaya's tenure for me is how injured players are handled in regards to the DL. It seems quite common to me for a newspaper to talk to experts in cases such as this, in general terms of course.
  17. Anyone want to take the Dodgers series?
  18. Hey Keith , when did Ron turn into a smug fuck ?
  19. How about we win a few games in a row before we start looking to change the song , not as if we hear it a lot.
  20. ="TransMonk"]Multiple bursts of applause from me tonight. Good to hear TCB again. What he said.
  21. Yeah nothing about Wise this season jumps out at me , see ya.
