Davidoff thinks the Giants will offer arbitration, thinks the Pirates are open to trading Doumit but he is not a major target for the Mets....he also says that Henry Blanco is close to signing with the Mets as a backup.

It's Chris fucking Coste owner of a .272 avg. with 23 home runs and 108 RBIs in 299 games. Now if our brand spanking new LF who signs for 8 years and $200 million starts yapping like that then I'll be midly concerned.

One of the lasting memories for me of last season was the guys in the booth constantly praising Cora for " going out there every night" playing hurt. It became something I resented hearing on a nightly basis. Seems like a nice deal he got. -
I think Halls of fame are overrated , it might well be becasue it's not a big deal in the part of the world I come from. Having said that I would really like to visit Cooperstown.

Olny is calling Halladay "Santana2) meaning that neither the yankees or Red Sox will be willing to part with the big package of players/prospects and then the big package of money needed to get him.....both will then be happy to see him gone from the AL East....and no I didn't make that up.

Road grey is my favourite , really classic looking. I don't mind the black but I really dislike "Mets" on the road uni.It's like Samuels is saying FU and doing what he wants.

I'd not want Molina to get a three year deal , at 35 and listed at a generous 225lbs he's a big risk....all players are of course but.....we know he can't run and looking at his stats for last season he doesn't walk much either.
