As for me, I enjoy ther All-Star game , at least the introductions and the game itself until the wholesale changes to get al the players in the game. Should be swet this year when Big Pelf starts.

Does he still take the label of the bottle?, like we don't know what it is Fatty, you drink like twenty bottles a show.

Good hustle by Francoeur, twice now Keith has remarked on the hustle of this team , he thinks it's one of the biggest differences between this season and last.

An error on Reyes on the throw to first lets the Dodgers score, Jose gets the error but Davis gets zero points for his gymnastics around the bag there.

Like the football player...E- LIE

I'm so happy that I can watch the game on TV...I'm covering in the peds lab this and next week and there is a TV here that has SNY.....Looked like Maine had some life on the fastball....of course it could be the Dodgers were swinging wildly too.

Santana 4 Nieve 2 Feliciano 0.5 Bay 1 Castillo 1 Francoeur 0.25 Barajas .5

Wright 3 Ike Davis 1.5 Bay 1 Reyes 0.5 Blanco 0.5 Takahashi 1.5

As John Harper notes today it's too early to pronounce this team as cured from the ills of last season, although it wasn't too early to bury them last week was it Harper? If a week is a long time in politics then a week is an awful long time in this early Mets season.

Howie had great fun today during the first game talking about how he'll be having nightmares tonight after seeing his buddy Sterling in the every picture with Obama form the WH visit, says he'll have a hard time remembering all the great events in history without thinking of Sterling in there....Declaration of Independence , Sterling is in there....pictures of Churchill and Ike....Sterling is in there.....he expects when he goes home and picks up his copy of St. Peppers that Sterling will be in there ....it was quite funny
