    Oh , I don't , German with subtitles, I believe way back when I had to enable "original" language as Netflix uses dubbing. In Ireland many people would speak Gaelic and English, having said that most of us are not fluent in Gaelic. I would think depending on where in Europe you are you *might speak more than one language, but it's hardly the norm.

    Yes , I should have phrased it as a German adaptation of the book and not a remake, with German actors etc. The original movie ( 1930) was banned in Germany, and some other countries

    A remake of the classic, but told from the German side , my son and I really liked it , beautifully shot , best to watch in German
