Ahh...so, best I can tell, we have the following quarter-final matchups: soupcan vs. Edgy DC ABNSeo vs. sharpie JCL vs. TransMonk LWFS vs. (Valadius vs. seawolf17) It sounds like soupcan and Edgy are going to compete this week. Is there a second-round matchup going on for Valadius vs. seawolf17? If so, I don't recall it or see it on the board. Lunchbucket - I don't see a way that I'll have anything ready before next week. Do you maybe want to go on Monday morning?

It should be interesting what the excuse is and whether MLB will waiver on their policy. I can't imagine MLB coming out with these allegations against the newly-crowned NL MVP and all around good-guy Braun unless they were pretty sure. If Braun has an excuse that would change the test results, then I would think that the whole dope testing policy would need to be reviewed.

The Brewers replace SS Yuneski Betancourt (.271 OPS in 2011 - 2nd worst in the NL) with ex-Brave Alex Gonzalez (.270 OPS in 2011 - worst in the NL) in a one-year deal with a vesting option. More Ks, but more defense. The Jimmy Rollins rumors die in Milwaukee. Were they really ever considering Jose?

In the past, I believe, the etiquette was that the two combattants would decide on a mutual time (via PM or posting) at which they would both post their parodies to prevent a hanging gap like in the second example above. I was one of the nameless commenters. Sorry.
