    Sloppy game Friday but I'm cutting the Mets a break for the entire opening homestand, just awful conditions to play and so not predictive of the season ahead (hitting/runs will be better , pitching worse as we all expected). Fundy mistakes, if they become a regular thing, on Mendoza.
