Looper has a 1-0 lead in the 8th against the Pirates. Why did he never tell US he wanted to start? well i guess given the Heilman thing we probably wouldn't have given him the chance...
with 2 outs its also a far more likely bet that walking howard to face Burrell with Burgos is a better move, so willie actually chose the third best option (the worst option) of the 3 options he had there.
yeah but you can put those in southern cities, in particular i'd want FLA to play lots of home games in April because the place is unbearable over the summer.

Not quite as good as I did earlier. At least now I won't be tempted to name my next child or pet "Ambiorix." it does sound like a good name for an Iguana.

Bad bad move.he should get killed. either bring in Feliciano or walk Howard and face Burrell. pitching to the 2nd or 3rd best hitter in the NL with a relief pitcher who throws fro the "wrong side" is just dumb. oh look Burrell struck out. whoops.
Burgos strikes out Utley on a ball in the dirt on a 3-2 pitch! thats confidence in the splitter! do you walk Howard and have Burgos pitch to Burrell or do you bring in Feliciano to face Howard? I'd walk Howard and leave Burgos in for Burrell.
they should really start the season with division games whereever possible, they're so much easier to make up later on if necessary because the team will be back in town at least twice
Milledge and Easley probably should start over Green and Valentin against tough lefties (if not all lefties) but today's small sample size will probably prevent that from happening for a little while.
