No power but MLB.com states that he has a good knowledge of the strike zone and is able to make contact. And the defense is supposedly off the charts good. No guarantees, but I'm thinking that there is a chance that he is the full-time second baseman starting in 2019 and it's him and Rosario up the middle for years to come (provided that he is not completely invisible at the plate).
