Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 With a runner already on 1st, they just hit two consecutive balls off the wall and yet scored just one run out of it. #needtogetyounger

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 Is (SD pitcher) Phil Maton's car an automaton?
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 We needed one more damn out out of Pill. After two innings last night he pitched a perfect 1-2/3 tonight. He then walked two straight after two were out and he had two strikes on each (I thought he had strike 3 on the second guy)But then he served up the 3R HR on the next pitch.

With Walker and Nimmo scheduled to return tonight, maybe they'll return one of the 14 (Pill?) instead of 2 hitters.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 We could have used some Hot Duda Action. Glad to see Zimmo returning.I think we were fine without Walker. I know Terry likes to pretend he's a cleanup hitter but did anyone miss him?
