IMHO The season hit the toilet when Noah and Cespedes went down.

I supported signing Cespedes 100% but its starting to look like a baad contract.

Not sure how hard it's raining in DC, but given the unfavorable (for them) pitching matchup (see above) plus the fact that the fate of the game is in the hands of the home team until the game
begins (at which point it transfers to the umpires) a cynical person might suspect that the Nats don't want this one to even start.

I'm guessing a day/night DH on August 25 (Friday). The August 26 game is 4:05 and that's locked in for FS1 so that would mean a "traditional" DH which WSH would want to avoid so they don't lose a gate. Except WSH has a night game in HOU on August 24.

This game has still not been rescheduled. The Mets return to DC in late August so I wonder what WSH is waiting for?
