Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 This is developing as one of those humiliation innings we know so well
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 How about picking up Harvey?Way to Met, Mets.
Guest 41Forever Guests Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 I like tonight's game much better than last night's game.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Someone's gotta tell Flores not to slide there, we're running out of bodies.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 I shirley hope all this scoring keeps Reed out of the game.We gots four tough ones coming up, starting in less than 24 hours.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Nats we're getting their asses kicked on the way down here
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Yeah this trended real nice in the 9th (well at least till that DP).But WHY use Reed here with a 5 run lead? YUCK.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 What's good, is, I've finally figured out how to comfortably watch WPIX games without getting fucked out of them. Using the Chromecast my wife got me for Xmas, two years ago, and this time casting from my (wired) desktop PC, using a free stream posted to Reddit, and also as to minimize the amount of traffic using wireless, and casting to the TV in the room my wife usually watches in and asking her to retire to the basement where I usually sit, and BAM. TV baseball.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Reed has already been throwing for 15 minutes or so. So... not using him here wouldn't exactly be resting him, you know?
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 C'mon, Reedy. Hold steady.I agree with Gary. That's why you have Edgy start the inning.
Guest 41Forever Guests Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 I don't understand why Reed is in there.

Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Lol, as I typed it, my free stream switched over to a West Coast game. Found it anew, though I'm getting the Cubs network now. Better than nothing.

bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 I went to the Nationals-Braves game and saw the Nationals lose. Came home and saw the Mets win. This was a good baseball day.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Swellest guy in baseball, ladies and gents.

This was a good baseball day.Nice!!This game didn't end in the manner I wanted it to (#Reed) but he hadn't pitched in three days and it wasn't a totally taxing inning for him (19 pitches) so I don't think it should affect him going forwardproviding we don't need him for three consecutive or anything (which we certainly might which is why I would have gone with Edgin).
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Caught the Cardinals last night in the standings too.
