Neil's got baseball blood all over the place. 1970s Expos pitcher Chip Lang is his uncle, by way of his father marrying Chip's sister, and veteran utility man Don Kelly is his brother-in-law, having married Neil's sister Carrie Walker, former Wagner basketball star.
