All I need now is a dominating outing by Syndergaard and it should be a great night.Let's Go Mets!!!
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 I have my Mitchell & Ness '69 Seaver jersey like last night. But about the third inning I took it off because I was having hotdogs and I could not even take a chance of getting ketchup on it. So then I put on my cheapo no number '86 Jersey, so I have to do that again tonight. Cept no hot dogs.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Game starting soon! For some reason I have fewer butterflies than I did yesterday at this point.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Leadoff man on AND made him throw a buncha pitches first.
Guest El Segundo Escupidor Guests Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Madonna is pitching for the Doyers.
Piggiestomatoes Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Smoke. Travis looks like he's wincing.
Guest Mets Willets Point Guests Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 My god, I'm so tired. I hope I can stay up through this game.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 So much made of the Thor home-road splits. You know who else pitches significantly better at home? Harvey, deGrom, and Colon. A significant plurality of ML pitchers, actually.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 FEELS TRUE FACT: That makes eleventy-thousand strikeouts for Adrian Gonzalez through the series' first ten innings.
Guest El Segundo Escupidor Guests Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Thread needs musical compliment [youtube:sub6qnp1]6mlFjjzimcs[/youtube:sub6qnp1]

To listen to Mike Franscesa, it's a travesty. Also a travesty they didn't send him to the bullpen.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Shift this, Dodgers.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Fuck yer shift, Donnie.

I feel like the Mets are playing with house money after last night.oh and KABOOM![/bigpurple]
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Playing the part of Daniel Murphy tonight will be Yoenis Cespedes
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 WOOHOO!Man, if Cespedes gets hot...
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2015 Author Posted October 10, 2015 Was just saying how it had been a while since Cespedes homered. HUGE
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 That catch by Seager reminded me of Ozzie Smith
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Why shift against Yo to pull, then pitch him nothing but middle-away? Greinke has a rep for pitching smart-- ie, toward the shift-- too.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Zack Greinke is no Matt Wisler!
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 If Rube hits one, it's ON.
