Guest Mets Guy in Michigan Guests Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 (edited) Those might be your best cards yet in terms of matching the pose with the year the card was issued -- and the bar already was very, very high. Simply spectacular. Edited August 12, 2015 by Guest
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Great work BG. Noah joins Met greats Alay Soler and Tim Redding as one-time winners.

Simply spectacular. Thanks! Matching the photo with the year is something I always try to do, and it's nice to know that it's noticed.

G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Soup appears confused as to what he did to earn Bench Player of the Month honors. I vaguely recall a useful pinch-hit.Syndergaard looks very much at home in 1977.

Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2015 Author Posted August 13, 2015 Soup appears confused as to what he did to earn Bench Player of the Month honors. I vaguely recall a useful pinch-hit.Eric Campbell earned his 1.68 bench points in three games in July:July 19: 0.37 points. Bunted home an insurance run in the top of the 18th.July 21: 1.14 points. 2-run pinch single in the 7th.July 29: 0.17 points. Darrell Ceciliani won with 1.21 points in June. In May, Johnny Monell won with 1.65 points, and in April Curtis Granderson only needed 0.70 points. The record was set in July 2012, when Jordany Valdespin earned 9.03 points off the bench. Also of note: Scott Hairston, June 2012, 7.64 points; Marlon Anderson, August 2007, 7.17 points; Scott Hairston, July 2011, 6.56 points; and Jordany Valdespin, May 2013, 5.05 points.ALL-TIME LEADERS IN SCHAEFER BENCH POINTSJordany Valdespin 22.54Scott Hairston 21.11Daniel Murphy 18.10Justin Turner 16.20Mike Baxter 15.77Fernando Tatis 15.52Lucas Duda 14.54Marlon Anderson 13.22Endy Chavez 13.12Kirk Nieuwenhuis 11.62Ike Davis 11.11Julio Franco 10.89Josh Thole 9.47Chris Carter 9.28Damion Easley 9.20Eric Campbell 8.80Willie Harris 8.48Andrew Brown 8.24Nick Evans 7.46Jeremy Reed 6.84
