Dying for attention, I am. I'm Hansel Robles, and despite a name that sounds like I'm from the Antlilles or something, I'm just another Dominican. But I'm not JUST another Dominican. I threw 110 innings last season, bouncing between the rotation and the pen — 18 starts, 12 relief appearances — and I shamed not my people. Struck out 106, walked 43 and put up a 4.31 ERA. Some up and down in that stat line, you say? Well, it got me added to the Mets roster, so quit laughing. You Brooklynites may remember that I won a Sterling Award after going 6–1, 1.11 against NY–Penn League hitters for the Cyclones back in 2012.

I give the kid credit for proving me wrong. Hansel's debut was magnificent.
