Ah, gotcha.

Nope. Youngblood, trickily enough, was traded in his famous two-city jaunt after the 1982 All-Star Game, or more than a year after his 1981 All-Star Game appearance.

OE: Not "more than a year after," technically, given the vagaries of the 1981 split-season, but he lasted on the Mets one more All-Star break.
